Hello accel-config users!

I am pleased to announce accel-config-v3.4.6 stable release.

accel-config changes:
    - Support new "read_buffer" attributes that replace "token" attributes
    - Deprecate attributes with "token" names
    - Add support for driver_name attr to get wq driver name
    - Fix a read buffer length related bug

accel-config test changes:
    - Add opcode operation support
