From the 'curl' man page, shell status code ‘7' seems to be:

       7      Failed to connect to host.

and would indicate that the v4.connman.net host may be unreachable. Can you confirm that is the case when you see status code '7'?

Historically, Marcel has need to provision more capacity or make other tweaks to the servers to accomodate shifts in load or usage. That may or may not be the issue here.
