Looks like all your patches are not coming through correctly and are corrupted 
somehow.  Perhaps your local mail server is not configured correctly?  Outlook 
is known to not play nicely with open source mailing lists.

Try downloading the 'mbox' or diff format and note how the whitespace is badly 
mangled.
