Hi,

Following up on my previous chat with Andrei, I have just submitted my
draft proposal for the Optimize COW Memory Dumping project on the
official website.

I would really appreciate any feedback or thoughts you might have.

I think that project mentors can see proposals, but if you cannot see
please let me know.
