Fwd: [GSoC] Checkpointing files on Detached mounts.

Hello all,

Bhavik Sachdev has been working with me on the Google Summer of Code
project implementing support of checkpointing files on detached mounts
(https://criu.org/Google_Summer_of_Code_Ideas#Files_on_detached_mounts).

This is an extended timeline project, so it is not completed yet, but
we are happy with the current state of the project. We want to share
what we've managed to do so far and what difficulties we face on our
path.
