[GSoC] CRIU/Arm64 Guarded Control Stack (GCS) project presentation

Hi everyone,

As part of Google Summer of Code 2025, I've been working on integrating
Guarded Control Stack (GCS) support for arm64 into CRIU.
The project focused on adapting CRIU's checkpoint/restore mechanisms to
be able to handle GCS-enabled processes on arm64. I'd like to share what
we've accomplished so far across the kernel, compel, and restore stages,
and the challenges faced in doing so.
