[PATCH v2 2/4] Docs/ABI/damon: fix typos

Fix two typos in the DAMON sysfs ABI document:

  - "WDate:" -> "Date:" on the nr_regions/min entry
  - "manimum" -> "minimum" in the nr_accesses/min description
