Hi,

Here is the python-linstor and linstor-client release, bringing small
features for the upcoming linstor-server 1.24.0 release

## linstor-client
### Added

- Backup queue list command

### Changed

- `linstor -v` now shows that it is the client version

### Fixed

- Fix aux argument list handling for replicas-on-same and similar
