[Fuego] Jenkins version is not updated in fuego

Greetings !


          I have download Fuego source code from git repository and installed the same.

          Jenkins is installed with v2.32.1.

          As per Fuego 1.5 release notes, jenkins version got upgraded to v2.164.1

          But it seems, still not updated in the git repository.


          I am unable to add github plugin with jenkins v2.32.1. So tried to upgrade the latest jenkins version but not able to upgrade due to some other dependency issues.
