[Fuego] New run package contents (was RE: LTP and POSIX test suite report)

OK - one more thing on the LTP run reports...

I've made a modification to 'ftc package-run' so that if the log directory
for a run includes a 'results.xlsx' file or a 'result' directory, these are
added to the package for a run.

Instead of having to send the data in separate files by email, you should be able
to send all the data for a run to the fuegotest central server, using
the command:

ftc put-run <run-id>

Where the run-id would be something like:
Functional.LTP-default-25-rpi

Then I can pick up the data directly from the server.

Please do a 'git pull' on fuego-core to get the latest changes to ftc and LTP.
