The PDF document says that the zip file is only 1.2 MB.  Can you just send =
it as a
regular email attachment?

In general, I would prefer to receive patches as plain text in the body of =
the email,
rather than as attachments.  Sometimes this can be achieved by doing a 'git=
 format-patch'
and copying the patch material into the body of an email.  This may introdu=
ce problems
if your email client converts the message to HTML, or does line-wrapping, o=
r otherwise
mangles the plain text.  But it's worth trying, IMHO.

Also, I'm not sure how big the patch is, if it is 1.2MB zipped.  This
should be interesting to review.  Please find a different way to transfer
the patch to me.
