Describing the PCIe PERST# and vpcie supply properties under the Host
Bridge node is now deprecated. Add the PERST# (reset-gpios) and the
power regulator (vpcie3v3-supply) in the pcie0_port0 Root Port node.

Since i.MX95 is the new platform that under development phase, it should
be fine to simply move the PERST# and power supply properties.
