[kbd] dvorak-es.map.gz is unloadable

I'm a gentoo user and dvorak-es layout user, there is a problem with
dvorak-es.map which makes this layout unloadable. It tries to load
euro.map but it fails. It's needed to change the load euro line by
load euro.map.
