I think that might allow all the 3 states - unmapping private, unmapping shared, and unmapping both. (Assuming unmapping none == not even calling this function). Also, perhaps it's better to add this parameter to __unmap_stage2_range() together with the patch that uses the only_shared information :) I see that in [1] not changing __unmap_stage2_range() was going to be explored, did that work out?
