I'm proud to announce:

	liba2i-1.0-rc5 - string-to-numeric library

The changes since 1.0-rc4 are:

-  Add 'restrict' where appropriate.
-  Fix portability issues (previous (pre-)releases wouldn't have worked
   on the BSDs; luckily, the tests would have caught that).
-  Always set *endp (NetBSD has changed their specification of strtoi(3)
   to always set it; follow suit).  (And update the tests for this
   tighter specification.)
-  Small source-code readability improvements.

Thank you to those that recently participated in the discussions on
several mailing lists that led to finding the portability issues.
