Sadly I'm not 100% sure I'll make it, although I'll try.

I've not found much time to work on this since posting v2; one thing I
did manage was to add some support for memory overcommit; taking pages
away and then reconstituting them on demand with async #PF in the
guest.

Then I went down a rabbithole trying to remove individual pages from
the IOMMU on Arm64, which I think I need to shelve for now and tackle
as a separate project. It worked out OK on Intel and AMD.
