Nit for all of these: This has *ZERO* to do with the "PAMT", which is an
ancient TDX concept. This new gunk is 100% for *dynamic* PAMT.

Could we please be clear about that universally?

I think just saying "DPAMT" in most cases this says "PAMT" will help.
