[Lvfs-announce] Unexpected downtime today

Hi all,

Today the fwupd.org server was down for over two hours. This was due
to the Scaleway AMS datacenter loosing connectivity with the resr of
the world, and affected thousands of other people. If you tried to use
the LVFS in the last few hours, you'll be pleased to know it's all
back to normal now. There is no root cause analysis provided by
Scaleway yet, but longer term we're moving to a more robust hosting
arrangement, with failovers for this kind of issue. Sorry for any
inconvenience.
