[Lvfs-announce] Thunderbolt controller firmware updates

Hi all,

For Thunderbolt controller updates, please include this in the
metainfo.xml file:

  <categories>
    <category>X-ThunderboltController</category>
    <category>X-Controller</category>
  </categories>

This allows the front end to show a localised version in the users
language and is more descriptive than "Foo Device Update". Some
languages want to translate the words "out of order" and so you can't
just append a localised "Controller" on the end of the string in all
locales. I think I've fixed all the existing firmware on the LVFS.
