Hi all, At the moment we run the cron job to run every 30 minutes to regenerate the metadata in each remote. The logic here was that we don't want to "churn" the CDN every few minutes if there's lots of firmware being promoted by many different vendors. This doesn't work very well for some people; 30 minutes is too long for ODMs to wait to see firmware in the embargo remotes, and 30 minutes is too short to avoid doing lots CDN flushes each day. From this afternoon, the cron job to regenerate embargo remotes will be dropped to every 5 minutes, and increased for testing and stable to 4 hours. I'm happy to answer any questions, but this should be a fairly uncontroversial change (and most welcome) for most people. Richard.
