From: Geliang Tang <[email protected]> Update mptcp_sockopt.sh to use mptcp_sockopt binary instead of mptcp_inq. This consolidates TCP_INQ testing into a single test binary while maintaining equivalent test coverage. Delete mptcp_inq binary and references since its functionality has been fully integrated into mptcp_sockopt. This simplifies the test suite structure and reduces maintenance overhead.
