File operations on NTFS drives causes kernel BUG at fs/iomap/buffered-io.c:1061

Greetings,

in the last few days (since updating to kernel 7.0), when I'm working with external NTFS-formatted usb drives, file operations randomly fail (e.g. git clone, rm, etc. suddenly "freeze") and this is what I see in dmesg:
