[GIT PULL] NVDIMM and DAX for 7.3

Hi Linus,

Please pull to receive NVDIMM and DAX changes for 7.3.

Most are DAX preparatory patches for FAMFS support, along with a few
NVDIMM fixes and documentation cleanups.

These have all appeared in -next for 3 weeks.
