Hi Eric,

OPAE is an open source project, and we welcome the community  to contribute=
 and expand the OPAE ecosystem. The OPAE SDK is BSD licensed and the GitHub=
 releases currently come with a copy of the source code for a Linux PCIe FP=
GA driver; you can check the release notes on GitHub for a list of supporte=
d devices.

The OPAE architecture does not exclude any FPGA devices, though I am not aw=
are of any current or past efforts to enable OPAE on Xilinx FPGAs.
