[OPAE] generating libopae-c.a static library for static linking

Hi,

For a specific purpose, we would like to link the libopae-c library statica=
lly using libopae-c.a static library
But only libopae-c.so is available while libopae-c.a is not available

Please anyone know how to generate the libopae-c.a using the opae sdk sourc=
e code.
