[Powertop] Settings modified from Powertop are not persistent

Hi, I'm using Powertop with root privilege on Debian GNU/Linux 64 bits with my Core i3-3225. Although I modify settings to follow advices given by Powertop, each time I restart my computer these settings are restored !
