[Powertop] [Announce] PowerTOP Change on March Release Dates

All,

I had to be out office for a couple of weeks on March due to illness. 
Therefore, I had to postpone the release to April.

Here are the new dates:

April 4st (string freeze)
April 18th (code freeze v2.6)
April 25th (release v2.6)
April 30th (community meeting about v2.7)
