I got some more answers on Telegram and via e-mail in deepest privacy. 
So I sum up here:

- Gaurav Guleria: Is not able to join in-person due to on-going classes, 
but will join virtually. He has classes on Tuesday morning and is free 
otherwise.

- Deepak Patankar: Wants to participate virtually, no restrictions in 
date and time.

So up to now we can take the afternonn of any of the days.

Anyone else who wants to answer, please "reply to all" to this (or the 
initial) e-mail.
