[Printing-architecture] Nice write-up about the Ubuntu Summit 2023 in Riga

Hi,

on Nov 3-5 not only me but also Akarshan Kapoor, Goggle Summer of Code 
contributor on scanning support in PAPPL, have been. Akarshan has given 
a talk about his work and he was amazed of the whole conference, making 
him afterwards writing this blog post:
