I will replace this with a static_key when adding QUIC_SOCKOPT_ALPN socket options in patchset-2: if (!static_branch_unlikely(&quic_alpn_demux_key)) return 0; static_branch_inc() and static_branch_dec() it in quic_hash() and quic_unhash() if alpn is set for listening sockets.
