[SPDK] Re: Preparation for SPDK 20.04 release

Hello everyone,

Merge window for SPDK 20.04 is now closed. Formal release will take place at on April 30th.

Branch "v20.04.x" is created and last patch on it tagged "v20.04-rc1".

Any critical fixes identified shall be submitted to master and hash tagged "20.04".
Those will be backported to the "v20.04.x" branch.
