[SPDK] Remove unused vhost stuff

Hi all,
I want to remove unused qcow2 image creation scripts for our tests in CI.
My idea is motivated by that this script is using random vagrant box images, and we don't know what is inside them.
Also , I will add that currently this script does not create a properly working image.
The steps to create an image are described in readme.
Is anyone against?
