[SPDK] Re: Preparation for SPDK 21.10 release

Hello everyone,

Merge window for SPDK 21.10 is now closed. Formal release will take place on October 29th.

Branch "v21.10.x" is created and last patch on it tagged "v21.10-rc1".

Any critical fixes identified shall be submitted to master and hash tagged "21.10".
Those will be backported to the "v21.10.x" branch.
