RE: [SPDK] Preparation for SPDK 24.01 LTS release

Hello everyone,

Merge window for SPDK 24.01 is now closed. Formal release will take place b=
y January 26th.

Branch "v24.01.x" is created and last patch on it tagged "v24.01-rc1".

Any critical fixes identified shall be submitted to master branch and hash =
tagged "24.01".
Those will be backported to the "v24.01.x" branch.
