Hi,

I would like to submit my first self-nomination for the TAB.

Some of you might know me from my work on core-MM. My journey in the
Linux kernel began quite a while ago when working on virtualization,
with a focus on KVM, s390x and memory management (virtio-balloon,
virtio-mem).

Over the years, I worked with and learned from many great minds in
various subsystems: I began as a contributor, moved on to become an
active reviewer and nowadays (co)maintain several pieces of the Linux
kernel. In my spare time I even did some academic research in the MM field.

Now, I would like to spend some of my time and energy on improving the
Linux kernel community.

I am running for the TAB because I deeply care about people: I want to
ensure that the Linux community remains a welcoming place for new
talent, where we focus on people (not tools) and can properly deal with
unacceptable behavior, while simultaneously addressing the critical
problem of maintainer overload that I experience myself far too often.

Cheers
