Fedora does not yet have the latest and tpm2 updates, went ahead and created them myself. https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/traxtopel/tpm2/ tpm2-openssl 1.1.0 tpm2-pkcs11 1.8.0 tpm2-pytss 1.1.0 Just in case anyone else finds this useful for testing.
