[RELEASE] tpm2-pkcs11 10.0.1

Hello,

This was a quick little release to update the configure.ac script for
downstream packagers to make life easier since in packages you cannot
just patch the configure script. Note for Fedora folks, I am looking
at updating F44 and F45.

Fixed:
- Revert commit fab314 - "configure: detect --prefix when checking for P11_KIT"
