[PATCH] Update the e-mail address of the Xenomai mailing list

We have two working mail addresses for the Xenomai mailing list:

  - Historical: [email protected], still working and forwarding
                mails to
  - Current:    [email protected]

The historical address is still working, yes, but we're not sure if
the forwarding is properly working in all cases. linux.dev has strict
anti-spam rules, SPF and friends. Moving to the lists.linux.dev
address should provide better reliability.
