I had an issue while applying your patch from patchwork, your patch got
corrupted by patchwork somehow.
I applied manually the patch fixing the git am issue.

But indeed the two patches for 15.3.0 is still in my work directory:
0001-disable-split-stack-for-non-thread-builds.patch
0002-gcc-config-microblaze-fix-ira-for-GCC15.patch
