The user QwertyChouskie[m] recently reported on the Buildroot
IRC channel:
"""
Just a heads up, when updating to Mesa 26.2, libclc is no longer
required for anything except rusticl, though mesa's clc stuff
(host clc to be specific) is still required. Also, libclc itself
should be compiled from Mesa's fork that includes critical fixes
for OpenCL that the upstream LLVM project apparently won't merge
due to their EOL policy, see
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/merge_requests/43020
for details.
"""

It is also mentioned in the release note.
I am surprise this patch is not changing anything on that area.

Could you recheck those libclc dependencies?
Could you also check if a new mesa-libclc package is needed?
