What about this two steps proposal?
1. Use memalloc_nofs_save() and memalloc_nofs_restore() to replace FGP_NOFS
or GFP_NOFS, then you can handle FGP_NOFS and GFP_NOFS as you planed.
2. then I can propose another RFC patch to drop memalloc_nofs*. I guess it
needs some time to test since I suspect there may be potential deadlock due
to complicated lock implementation...
