Thank you for your comment. The built image from this rzt2h-evk.wks is straightforward to use. So I think it is not necessary for a README. Note that when upstream mainline support for RZ/T2H U-boot and TF-A finish, this file can be updated to add bootloader (allow booting using bootloader in SD card) In that case, I will add a README because new wic structure is more complicated.
