I send this email for fix a kernel warning

I see this warning since 6.18.X, but until 7.1.X, this still unfixed.. 

I don't have a env to follow kernel patching process, thus write a email, and leave it as is.

anyone who has interesting to follow up, welcome, you don't have to keep my name in your patch.
