[PULL] drm-intel-fixes

Hi Dave and Sima,

Sorry for the delay on this PR.
I had noticed some strange warnings in our CI runs of
drm-intel-fixes so, I hold on until I was sure it was not
getting caused by any of the patches in this PR.
But everything should be good with these 4 small fixes.
