Hi Dave and Sima,

Here goes our drm-intel-fixes for this week.

Only a couple of dii clock frequency fixes with a dependency patch
adding a helper function.
And dropping a duplicated DP MST call. The duplication was
caused by a bad cherry-pick on fixes that I didn't noticed :( Sorry!
