I assume skip frames are valid only when crtc_state->vrr.cmrr.enable is true.
As intel_vrr_cmrr_compute_config() already validates the CMRR parameters before setting this flag,
I think checking crtc_state->vrr.cmrr.enable here should cover all the validations.
