[PATCH 4/7] drm/xe/vsec: Support Crescent Island PMT

Crescent Island (CRI) supports PMT telemetry and crashlog. Add Crescent Island (CRI) discovery structure (DVSEC) information to allow for Xe registration. Signed-off-by: Michael J.
