[PATCH 3/3] docs: Document new GRUB_FORCE_EFI_ALLVIDEO variable

Document the new GRUB_FORCE_EFI_ALLVIDEO variable
used by control whether grub-mkconfig will default
to loading just EFI video modules on EFI platforms
or all_video on EFI platforms.
