[PULL linux-firmware] ath10k, ath11k and ath12k firmware ath-20260809

Hi,
Here's a new pull request for ath10k, ath11k and ath12k firmware.

There are no changes for ath11k or ath12k.
For ath10k, add board file for WCN3990 variant Shikra_EVK
