MT6592 Drivers - Fully done.

Hi,

I have no idea how to submit a patch, or if required, supported, etc.

So I'm attaching the drivers as a zip file.

They can be re-licensed as GNU, although they are MPL, the license is
a dual-license, so it covers it.

Only the MixOS integration inherits the dual-licensing, feel free to
use the drivers for any purpose you desire.

Drivers include pmic, usb, kms/drm (Mali with offload), Framebuffer,
Display panels, WiFi, backlight, audio, and keypad/input.

It's up to you to provide your base address and keymaps
(mvii-board.zip contains those for j36-ultra).

Right now Debian works fine, we'll include an X-Server later on, but
turns out to be more affordable and powerful than a RPI, with all the
benefits and extensibility from Linux.

This is an effort of several months, so here's the code.
